My gallery consists of my bowls that are a cadbury egg theme. They all consist of the colors yellow, blue, and white.

Yellow and Blue Splatter
Class 5 Elements of Ceramics
Class of 2022
I am in 9th grade at Trinity Episcopal School and this is my first year taking ceramics. I created 4 different sized bowls and painted them with yellow, blue, and white. I used the dripping method of paint to make it look more creative and fun. I did this because it reminded me of Easter and Cadbury chocolate eggs. I created these bowls on the wheel and I did the traditional way which includes trimming and glazing. My pieces have different proportion but I used repetition by using the same colors across all of my pieces. I also included a pattern of splattering on the insides of the bowl so, it made the pieces look more abstract. Even though these pieces all look a little different they, still belong with each other like in the real world, everyone is different but they still stick together. After I finish this class, I will hope to see the art show once again next year.
